Jordan Commercial Bank and Menaitech Sign Agreement to Launch Digital Loan Service for Company Employees

Jordan Commercial Bank, a leader in providing banking services to individuals and corporations, has announced a strategic partnership with Menaitech, a leading provider of human resources technology services, to launch a digital loan service for employees of companies subscribed to the MenaME® system. This service will allow employees to apply for loans and credit cards electronically through the MenaME  mobile application, eliminating the need to visit bank branches.

This step comes within the framework of enhancing cooperation between the financial and technological sectors. Menaitech will develop its systems to ensure seamless integration between its human resources management platform and the bank's loan application system. Employees will be able to submit their applications electronically via the MenaME-Plus+® application, by providing all required income and employment documents automatically and with complete privacy. This will enable the bank to study and analyze these applications faster and more efficiently.

Commenting on this agreement, Mr. Caesar Qulajen, General Manager of Jordan Commercial Bank, emphasized the importance of this partnership, stating: "We are pleased to sign this agreement with Menaitech, which aligns with the bank's digital transformation strategy and expands the base of beneficiaries of its services. It aims to provide innovative and flexible financing solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to improving their financial experience."

For his part, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh, General Manager of Menaitech, said: "We are proud of this partnership with Jordan Commercial Bank, as we are always keen to develop new and flexible innovations in financial technology (Fintech) that enable individuals to access financial solutions quickly and seamlessly, securely and at any time, which enhances financial practices and ensures that institutions remain at the forefront of technological development."
